Terms and Conditions for Cancellation
If a guest wishes to cancel their booking and/or room reservation, we charge a cancellation fee equal to the following proportion of the fee for the services booked, but at least € 50 (this counts as well for offers free of charge like the Springaction):
- 10% from the date we send the booking confirmation
- 65% for cancellations received during the last two weeks before the event start date
- 100% from six days before the event start date, or if the service is not claimed but no cancellation is received (“no-show”), or if a guest leaves early
* The rates for our festivals: Easter, Whitsun, Summer Camp, Come Together Song Festival, Living-Dying-Celebrating, and New Year’s Eve differ from our normal prices and cancellation conditions. We recommend guests to take out a cancellation insurance for seminars.
